What to Expect...
As a potential patient, you can expect care to begin with an initial consultation between you and the doctor, that includes an overview of our role in the healing process.
On this visit a full functional / spinal examination will be performed. This gives the doctor information about your medical history, symptoms, needs, habits, traumas and lifestyle. She will be able to detect any abnormalities in posture, muscular and neurological function.
Necessary x-rays are taken on this visit, giving the doctor an accurate full view of your spinal structure.
During the next visit the doctor will go over her findings with you to determine if you are a candidate. If you are, the doctor will design a treatment plan to include frequency of visits and expected time line for progress. Exercises and treatment will be introduced on this visit.
